What we can help with
- Corrections. A wrong specification, a stale claim, a product that has been revised or discontinued. These get priority over everything else in the inbox.

- Coverage suggestions. A product or a category you think is missing from our reviews.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of anything you have sent us, as described in the privacy policy.
- Copyright and content use. See the copyright page for what to include.
What we cannot help with
We are not a retailer. Audio-play.com does not sell, ship or stock anything. We cannot process an order, cancel one, track a delivery, arrange a return or refund, or handle a warranty claim for a product bought on Amazon or anywhere else. If you bought through a link from this site, the seller is the retailer, and the retailer is the only party who can resolve it. Contact them through your order history.
We also cannot give personal buying advice on gear we do not cover, provide technical support or troubleshooting for a product you already own, or tell you how something sounds. Nothing on this site is based on handling the products, which is explained on the about page. For setup, firmware and fault diagnosis, the manufacturer’s support channel is the right place.
Unsolicited guest post offers, link insertion requests and paid placement pitches are not accepted and are not answered.
How long a reply takes
Everything that arrives is read. This is a small operation with no support desk behind it, so a reply usually takes a few working days and can take longer during busy periods. Corrections are acted on first, and a factual fix may be published before you hear back from us. If your message is a general question that this page or the terms and conditions already answers, you may not get an individual reply at all.
Please keep sensitive information out of the form. It is a general contact channel, not a secure one, and submissions are stored on this site as well as emailed to us.
